Warranty Policy of Rayaan Trading & Services 

We are committed to providing high-quality sustainable hygienic instruments like sanitary napkin vending machine, sanitary napkin incinerator, garbage loaders etc. that meet industry standards. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring that your products function properly and efficiently.

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to ALL the products purchased directly from our company or an authorized reseller.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Functional issues under normal use conditions.

  • Mechanical failure caused by defective parts.

2. Warranty Time Period

  • General Coverage: Covered for 1 year from the date of delivery or installation, whichever occurs first. We offer two free service calls within the first year of purchase for the same issue.

  • AMC: A paid Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) can be availed after the warranty period, with options for 'With Parts' or 'Without Parts' coverage after doing an inspection.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to improper installation, misuse, or negligence by the customer or third-party service providers.

  • Wear and tear from normal use, including but not limited to minor scratches, stains, or fading.

  • Products modified or repaired by anyone other than authorized service personnel.

  • Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., floods, fires) or environmental conditions beyond our control.

  • Issues caused by improper storage or handling of the product.

4. Warranty Service

  • Remote Troubleshooting: To expedite service, we will conduct video calls to diagnose issues before dispatching a technician.

  • Repairs: If the product can be repaired, we will provide the necessary parts and labour at no charge during the warranty period.

  • Replacement: If a repair is not feasible, we will replace the defective product with an equivalent model, free of charge.

  • Shipping Costs: For warranty claims, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us unless the issue is deemed our fault. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product back to the customer.

  • On-Site Service: Our technician will visit the site within 7 days of the service call being logged.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, or a refund, as determined by us. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

6. Warranty Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
